How do I get artists presets into mixbox and t racks?

I've purchased mixbox and its working OK.
I've downloaded zip files for artist.
Jon lord alge for example on windows 10.
How do I get artist presets into mixbox?
Also im having this problem in t racks also

For the MixBox presets, Unzip the file and look at the install Instructions.

Install Instructions
1) Close down MixBox (if open).
2) Place the preset folder into your MixBox presets directory:

macOS
Macintosh HD > Users > *USER* > Documents > IK Multimedia > MixBox > Rack Presets

Windows
C:\Users\*USER*\Documents\IK Multimedia\MixBox\Rack Presets

3) Open MixBox.

The presets are now ready for use!

For JLA (which is for T-Racks), UnZIp the download file, extract the .exe to your Desktop. Run it.

I'm have a similar issue. I built a new computer and reinstalled all my software but for some reason none of the presets are showing up in mixbox. They are on my computer and in the correct location. But when I click on the box to load/select a preset there is nothing there. I can't find anyway to load them manually either. I've tried in the stand-alone version and in the DAW.
