Philharmonic aax missing?

Postby Scamper68 » Thu Feb 20, 2025 4:45 am

Hello,

I recently purchased a new Mac (recent convert) and all my IK installs went smoothly, save for the Miroslav Philharmonic install. The standalone version loads and works just fine. However, when I go to load the Miroslav plugin in Pro Tools, it doesn't show in the list. I did a quick scan of where the aax files are installed and I didn't see it there.

I've tried to reinstall it multiple times and it says it reinstalled successfully, but there is no Philharmonic plugin in Pro Tools. I know I can run the library from SampleTank 4, but I have some old PT sessions that used the Miroslav plugin directly and I don't recall exactly what the settings I used on them were, so I would rather have the MP plugin rather than use ST.

My Mac is a 2022 M2 (Apple Silicon) MacBook Air, if that helps.

Any thoughts?

Just as a follow up, I do see the AAX file in the plugins directory, however it isn't creating a cache file in the plugin cache directory for Pro Tools. I have tried deleting the cache file and loading Pro Tools so that it will re scan and maybe find it, but that has not worked.

I'm running a MacBook Air M2 on Sonoma 14.5. Pro Tools version is 2024.10.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Can anyone offer any advice/guidance? Thanks!
