Before I get to the topic... one note. Orchestral_Percussion_Sound_Content hung me up for two days. Kept stalling out without messages, and the log revealed a truncated zip file each time.
This is problematic because the manager doesn't know how to anything but rerun every single package from scratch. No "resume", no "file presence check"... just unzip these huge files and rerun the installer. And because I was initially working on a NAS, this took time. I downloaded that library separately and I'm reinstalling for the sixth time... Better telemetry to the GUI would be appreciated. Tell me what's going on.
Now, to the question. I've got a few packages that flip-flop from being "installed" to being in "update" status... and, oddly, back again.

All of these completed the update previously, but now show as "1 file remaining". Has anybody else seen this behaviour?
