Pianoverse How To Load Sound Content

I'll try a new approach to mu question:
I have a revolving subscription to Pianoverse.
I am running a windows-10 based i-7 32 G ram and a 2tb SSD.
I have downloaded and installed all relevant software.
When I load Pianoverse there is no sound content and even if I point it to the proper place it doesn't load.
Pianoverse is shown in IK Product manager as installed and authorized.
Any Clues?
