Pianoverse NY Grand Tone shift bug

Postby genesis1 » Sat Nov 16, 2024 6:50 pm

Has anyone else experienced this? In NY Grand 274 if you turn the Tone shift dial to +1 the very bottom note 'A' first key on the left of the piano, stops sounding. Soon as you turn the tone shift back to zero it works again. Same on the Concert grand YF3. The more you turn the tone dial to the right the less notes play. Turn it to maximum +12 and the first 7 notes wont sound either.
Bug??

Have you reported this to IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/sw ? They would be best equipped to recreate and help you directly if it is a specific issue for you or get to the devs if you have found a bug.
