"ST4_Sound_Library_Update_1_5" needed?

Today I downloaded the complete library of SampleTank 4 via "My Products" and "Sounds Download". But there is another button called "Sounds Library Update" with the Library Update 1.5 inside. Do I still have to install this update, even if I have just downloaded the entire library from "Sounds Download"?
