B-3X midi assignement of switces not in the list

Hi,
I cannot find the way to assign MIDOI CC to for eg Percussion harmonics (select between 2' or 3')?
Is there a way to assign MIDI CC to for Reverb mix, Key click, Leakage, etc.?
Is there a way to assign MIDI CC to Post Fx or Stomp potis an switches?
