Jam Points on Modo Bass/Drum Black friday Sale

Currently the two are on sale together for £129. When I try to add Jam Points (I have 37) I am told the I cannot irrespective of whatever amount I enter going from 1-30 pounds which would be 30%. As I understand it Jampoints are available on items over £99. If I cant use them what exactly is the point of giving them ???
