I already have the Steinway grand and the Yamaha upright and they are amazing. I downloaded the Fazioli last night and it too, is incredible.
However, I don't see the Fazioli in "my products" and I see no place to download the sounds so I can save them on a external drive like I did with the two previous models. I also don't see Fazioli in product manager.
