A Lock symbol appears in Sample Tank 4

A thumbnail that looks normal and the same thumbnail with a lock symbol
Appears in Sample Tank 4.
Even deleting all and reinstalling it shows the same.
This happens only with sounds installed on a new drive
(Electric Grand C70P, Factured Piano, HitMaker all, LA confidential, Malletension, Spaceport 77, Stage 73)
This seems to cause a crash in Cubase Pro 10.
Any solution?

I divided the instrument into different drive,
It was caused by writing and specifying the folder name as 'SampleTank4'.
I changed the folder name to 'SampleTank 4'
( put a space between SampleTank and 4 characters)
and specified the folder again,
and the problem was solved.
