can't login

No matter what I do, I can;t get login to accccept my password change. Is there a simple way to do this , maybe by phone? Could someone tell me what my current password is? Also is there any way to install and authorize an offline computer? Thank you very much.

As this is a peer to peer user forum, there is no one here who can help with this particular issue.

Can it be assumed that you have tried with another browser? Also, try deleting your cookies and clearing your browser cache (method depends on browser).

If you still cannot action a password change then your best bet is to lodge a support ticket with IKM Support.
