I have had this problem for years and support does not seem to reproduce....not sure why not.
Every time I have a delay effect with "synced" delay times or something like a "synced" trem there are issues. When I first load the instrument/preset everything works as expected. If I save the Cubase sequence and re-open than all the effects sync times are out of sync with what they say. SO for instance....If a delay says it is a quarter note it is faster. Changing the time does not fix it as the whole effect is now clocking wrong. I would have to remove the effect and reinsert it to get it back in sync.....but of course if I saved Cubase again and reopen the problem is back again.
This problem is in every version of cubase from at least 10-12.
