Malletopia Sounds Not Loading

I installed Malletopia, registered, downloaded and installed the sounds zip file but when I open up Malletopia there are no sounds listed. Is there a solution for this ?

Do you have Sampletank 4.14 or later installed?

What did IKM Support say when you contacted them about this?

And, if you have not already done so, run the Custom Shop program and do a "Restore my Purchases".

Thanks guys. I've tried pretty much everything and Malletopia sounds still do not show up.
Could someone tell me exactly where they would be stored so I can look there to see if they are actually there or not ?

I have ST 4.15 installed. I haven't tried Support yet as I tried here first.
I've always gotten good quick advice here.
