Alan Parsons piano locked in ST4

Hello,
Alan Parsons piano shows a lock over it in ST4 instrument selector

I have registered it my product manager with the provided serial number.

I downloaded the extra sounds and installed them with the rest of my extra sounds that are working fine.

I have tried repeating the above a couple times but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there.

The first thing to try would be to open the Custom Shop app and click "Restore My Purchases" in the ST4 tab under your username.

Let us know if that helps.

Authorize it using the old Authorization Manager first. Then do a "Restore my purchases" in the new Custom Shop (v2.something).
