Free Syntronik OXa for newsletter subscribers?

I saw an ad on VI-Control.net for "Free Syntronik OXa for Newsletter subscribers" (it's still there right now, on the main Forums page) - I clicked on it, was asked to sign in, did that, but it just put me in my account. I went to the newsletter area manually and subscribed, but I'm not seeing anything on the site related to the free instrument. Any ideas?
