Spaceport ‘77 - Download?

Hi everyone,

how do I download Spaceport ‘77?
Do I have to reactivate the Sample Tank MAX download option on the "my products" site for getting access to Spaceport ‘77?

I also cannot see Spaceport '77 in My Products page. I even tried logging out my account and back in again--no difference.

Some changes were made to the system this morning to allow more users to qualify for this new free library. Please go ahead and check your User Area -> My Products section of your IK Multimedia account for your download.

I checked your account and it looks like you should also be good to go. Try logging out and back in when you can. Remember Spaceport '77 is it's own library so it will be listed as it's own product and it's sounds won't be under the SampleTank 4 product.

Try logging out and back in. Make sure to check your User Area -> My Products for the download and serial. I see it is available for you now.

Once installed, make sure to use the Authorization Manager to authorize your serial and get started.

thanks I had tried a fresh windows install (no cache) and three browsers and now it is sitting there in all its glory so thank you for the magic touch.

Please do note, you will need SampleTank 4 or a variation of the product for this to unlock in your account.

Spaceport ‘77 is available for free to all new and existing SampleTank 4 users via direct download from now through December 31st (regular price will be $/€79.99*).
