Instrument ST4 Error PLEASE HELP!

I finally got SampleTank 4 to install all the sound files, but now when I try to select sounds I get some “Instrument ST4 Error” something about pathways ect. What is this, and how do I stop it?

Did you install the sound content in the default location? Check under Settings>Sound Content that ST4 has the correct pathway showing.

I looked at the pathways, and it’s the SampleTank 3 sounds causing the issue. I noticed it was almost identical to the ST4 pathway (which works), but the ST3 pathway doesn’t have the word samples in it. I tried adding a new pathway, but it keeps putting the word samples at the end of the path.

Hmm, neither of the pathways should have the word "samples" at the end. The pathways should stop at SampleTank 3 and SampleTank 4.

I would suggest opening a ticket with official Support for some one-to-one help otherwise we might all be fishing for the wrong thing here.
