electric pianos

Greetings, all.
I have downloaded SampleTank 4 without having SampleTank 3 and I am missing all the electric pianos. I saw somewhere that the E. Pianos were in Sampletank3, but I cannot seem to find SampleTank 3 sounds to download, only the additional instruments for it. My question: does anyone know 1. if I upgrade, will the electric pianos be in either of the two higher versions? or 2. are electric pianos available to download in some other way than the iLectric app? or 3. Are the e. Pianos supposed to be in my Sampletank 4, but there has been a downloading issue?

Have you gone to https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products and downloaded all the sounds from the "Sounds download" area? All of the content for Sampletank 4 (Including the sounds included that are from Sampletank 3) should be listed there.
