RESOLVED: I have been robbed of points for group buy!!

Hi
I have tried to get the group buy 8 x 1 T Racks etc.
I went to checkout and had 40 plus points to use.
I accidentally clicked the buy page off.
Went back to log in and go to checkout and purchase the Leslie again.
My points are down to 9 points now

I want to buy and i do not want to pay 155 Euros when it should be 109 euros.
I have wrote to support about this and Yes, you have guessed.,It will take several days for a reply!
So technically i have missed out on my BARGAIN
Can Peter do anything for me or is it going to be hard luck
I have poked about and cannot get that code to work in jam points section and i tried it inside an hour window with no luck. I have 39 euros dormant now.
