Sample tank 4 Crashes on opening in Cubase 10 Pro

Sample tank 4 Crashes in Cubase Pro 10 when opening brings up screen and then causes Cubase 10 to crash. Have tried both VST3 and VST 2 with same affect.
Sample tank 3 and all over IK software opens without any issue.
Has anyone got any ideas. Have tried uninstalling etc.
