Just downloaded and installed latest S4 and sound content updates. Parlor guitar patches are not being found by S4 ; runaway organ patches; two crashes already . Worse than before !!

Native American Flute can’t be found either. Wow, this is depressing.

That is not the typical / normal experience. I'd suggest working with IK Support (or continuing to do so if you already have a ticket open) as I'm sure they can troubleshoot and assist you directly.
