Still unable to load sounds :(

Hello, I have still yet to hear back from support and it's almost been a week and I'm getting a little frustrated here.

I am still having issues with getting my sounds loaded

Here is what I have in my setup as far as sound library location


Some sounds load successfully like this



While others don't



I have downloaded and clicked on the installer for all the following files
