i have purchased a irig key pro and download Sample tank 3....download the instrument to sample tank 2 and imported it.
But if i tried to use String 11 violins from the library of sample tank 3 i have a msg error...
this sound is not included or i have some problem?

Make sure you have downloaded all sounds downloads from your User Area -> My Products section of your IK Multimedia account (
https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products/). These will be separate from your SampleTank 3 software download. Check the 'Sounds Downloads' button under your SampleTank 3 product listing for all available downloads.
If this information does not help, I would suggest checking with IK Multimedia technical support at the link below for some assistance getting set up.
