MP2 constant crashing? [Resolved]

Hi guys thought id post here as my support ticket has not been responded too in 7 days, is anyone else having instant crashes with MP2 or even sample tank? im running 10.13.6 on a T2 2018 MacBook pro, I know its not the osx as my old 2012 MacBook pro opens it fine. all is installed but can not even launch the app, crashing validation in live and logic too? anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for your response Ryan, one of the support team name Paul, resolved not one but two of my issues, i have to say i was super impressed with his efficiency and knowledge. greatly restored my faith in the company in the support area
