Sampletank 3 Can not import samples

SampleTank 3.7.2 can no longer import samples.

I have tried various audio files to test and it aways fails the same way. The Application reports: "Failed To Load Instrument: Users/Shared/Imported Instruments/x.st3i"

Every time I try to import a sample in Users/Shared/Imported Samples/ the saved audio file .pak is only 234 bytes in size. This means no audio data is being written to the file. All attempts to troubleshoot this results in the same the application simply cannot import data anymore.

When you say "SampleTank 3.7.2 can no longer import samples", do you mean that it did Import samples at one stage? Or that previous ST3 versions did Import samples?

I issued a support ticket they asked for a LICEcap of my process, then I never heard from them and they don't respond to emails. I tried doing a clean install, that not only doesn't fix the error but the entire library disappears.

Yes it imported samples fine for me for many years of use and now it suddenly does not. Since Ik support isn't helping I am now stuck with a sampler that cannot sample.
