Hello,

Just wondering if this features was after sooo many years implemented in ST3?

I do a try but i had no success. I use name like A3v3.wav

I use ST3 3.7.1 on Windows 10

I doubt it. ST3 is not really suitable for user-built instruments, other than extremely simple ones.
