Unable to Copy the Instruments ST3, ST4, MP2

Hi Guys,
when installing instruments and Co., there is always an error message: "..... Sound Content installaton failed. Unable to copy the instuments". I didn't find anything in the FAQ. And support has not replied for 10 days.
Does anyone have a solution?

Please reply to your Support Ticket asking for a progress report. You should hear back iwithni 2 working days.

I had the same problem as I was going to use my Native Instruments drive to house ST4 samples. BUT i ended up switching to my usual VST drive and it copied fine, no errors.
I think there is a sensitivity to the type of drive used.
