Sample Tank 4.09 Preset Alien and Money

When I click on Sample Tank 4.09 Preset Alien and Money, I get the following error message both in my Windows 10 and Macbook Pro. I opened a support ticket, too.

Instrument ST4 Error. Tank at path 'C:/Users/Public/Documents/IK Multimedia/SampleTank 4/Samples/SampleTank 4/Percussions/Windchimes/Metal Descending/Metal Descending.pak' is corrupted.
