SampleTank 4 sounds ... installation order?

Postby Kinketsu » Mon Feb 25, 2019 1:02 am

Hi,

I've successfully installed ST4 MAX and the 'SampleTank_4_MAX_Instruments_Installer_Part1'.

Beyond this point, does it matter in any way what order sounds are installed? Or are they all independent?

Thanks,
K

Hi Kinketsu

I don't have ST4 so I don't have experience of the installation but, if it's like other sample based IK products, it will not make a difference which order you install the sound content. As long as they all install to the same directory it will organise itself into the library.

Hope that helps.

Hi garfy,

Thanks very much. That's pretty much what it seemed like, and I'm happy to hear that it matches previous experiences. I'll forge onward, and anticipate that it'll be fine.

Thanks again,
K
