Im trying to import a single user sample chromaticaly so that the sample plays low and gos higher as i play higher on the keyboard.

This is covered in section 3.3.1 (subsection Import Sample) in the SampleTank 3 User Manual. Please take a look and it should explain clearly how to import samples starting chromatically from a specified note.
