On sampletank from presets I have this massage.

Please help me. sound are already in my path.

Please can you give some more details i.e. OS, platform, etc.

Also, what steps have you taken to get to this point. Have you installed all of the additional sound content files in the default way?

I reckon that you have installed the ST3 software (which includes the ST3 "instrument-definition" files so you might see them listed in the ST3 Browser.

But you also need to install all the ST3 Sounds Library (sample) files. You will find them in your User Area / My Products / SampleTank 3. Click the [Sounds Download] link to see them.

NB Those links are available for 180 days after Registration, so, after installation, keep them backed-up safely. Otherwise if you need them again you may need to pay a Sounds Download Reactivation fee.

So, this is probably the problem. Sampletank 2 is outdated and unsupported by IKM. It is old software, so will probably not run properly on macOS 10.13.5.

Sampletank 3 is the latest version of the software. It has a feature that allows you to import old Sampletank sounds and libraries. You can find out more by following this link to the free version which also allows you to import https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/sampletankcs/
