Hello jaisonriver

I'm not completely up-to-speed with Windows, but I take it that you have had the software operational previously? If so, have you changed anything in the system or folder structure since? Also, what DAW are you using?

Have you used the "Import Legacy Instruments" to enable this? If so, do the instruments and samples appear in the correct place of the ST3 folder structure?

Please note that SampleTank 3 does not record anything.

Does the standalone ST3 program run?
Does the ST3 plug-in work in your DAW?
Has it ever worked?
Is the file you listed above in that folder (along with several other files)?
