Cannot download Sample tank

I purchased irig pro 37 keys and registered it. Now I have authorization numbers for free apps download such as iGrand and Sample tank in user area, but after I click download button, I get “download failed” message. Are these apps only for MacBook, not iPad? I am trying to download apps in my iPad Pro and air2 for gigs.

As you said "37" I think that you mean "iRig Keys PRO". iRig PRO is a different product.
