SampleTron - recent Registry error

I was using Sampletron with Vienna ensemble pro 32bit server for a project in cubase. All were fine and suddenly since 2 days the sampletron gives this registry error. I uninstalled and installed, set everything run as administrator. But no use. I'm in middle of a project and really stuck. Can you please help me resolve?

Something must have changed in the lest few days; any ideas?

Its weird. I again tried to uninstall Sampletron and samplemoog and reinstalled for third time, and it is working now.
