MP Vibrato Control Using Expression Pedal

I'd like to add vibrato to these samples, modulating the amount of vibrato with an expression pedal. How would that be set up?

In SampleTank (MP2 is similar), I would "MIDI Learn" the Expression Pedal (CC#11 ?) to the Sample Fine control.

It is described in Chapter 6 of the ST3 user manual.
