miroslav philharmonik 2 failed to load instrument

Hi All
Just bought Ik Keyboard 49... downloaded the free stuff. Sampletank, and Miroslav Philharmonik 2.
I get a error message... miroslav philharmonik 2 failed to load instrument.
I used the browse button to get to the folder.. it loads the files.. but I still get the error message. Im a new guy to this.. So any help would be awesome.. If I cant find a solution, I'm returning the Keyboard to Guitar Center.

You must have Registered the hardware to get access to the bundled software products; they are all associated with your Account. If you do return it, GC will not be able to resell it as new; as no-one else can Register it.

As for the error message, it sounds like a library install problem. Are you on OSX? IF so, search the forum for other users with the same problem and the solutions.
