Hello...I just had a bad situation when using PianoVerse. I was using PianoVerse as an AU in LP11 and when I switched presets in PianoVerse there was a huge static burst and it wouldn't stop until I hit the Panic button. It was crazy loud and luckily didn't damage my monitors but it was startling.
I was specifically using the Black Diamond B280 model. I had been playing through the "Classical" preset and then when I tried to switch to the Dark Ambience preset it caused the immediate static burst. I have been able to recreate this. It seems to only happen when there are notes still sustaining from the Classical preset when switching to the Dark Ambience preset. If I let the notes die before changing presets then it doesn't do it. To add to the bizarreness of this, when the static burst hits it makes LP11's channel and master output meters show 740.0. I've never seen that happen.
Can anyone confirm this on their system (be sure to turn down your volume before trying it!)?
I'm on an M1Max MBP, 64GB of memory, macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 with latest LP11 v11.1.2. The PianoVerse sample data is on an external SSD.
