SampleTank 4 MAX v2 Sound installation error: (code: cl202)

Now I attempt to download and install sounds for SampleTank 4 MAX v2.
But I encounted errors.
Error message is "Install failed: ST4_Guitar_Samples_Part_11.zip"
and "We couldn’t extract the files from the zip. Please check the file and try again (code: cl202)"

I attempted to install it several time from IK multimedia product manager. But I coundn't...
So how do I have to do againt current trouble above ??

"ST4_Guitar_Samples_Part_11.zip" is 3.8Gb and is too big to extract.
I guess that is the reason why errors were happend.

If possible I want to skip to install "ST4_Guitar_Samples_Part_11.zip".
How do I have to do for it. Do you have any ideas to solve my install trouble ?
