Thanks in advance for any help.
I have just upgraded to Total Studio 4 Max.
In the Product Manager it says that Syntronik2 Max is authorized, but when I run either the standalone app or the plugin, it says it is not authorized and directs me back to the Product Manager.
I have tried unauthorizing and then authorizing again, to no avail.
I have created a support ticket, but have had no answer.
Also, does anyone know how to find the support ticket number?
Any help would be most welcome.
