I've been subscribed to Pianoverse for several months and have yet to get it to work as a standalone on my iMac running Ventura 13.6.1. All my other instruments work great in stand alone - SampleTank, Syntronic, Hammond, etc., etc. I have many. The instruments appear on the Pianoverse interface, yet will not play because the program cannot find a file called TANK.
And here's the rub - I have tried contacting customer support through the contact form several times. Crickets.
Is there anybody out there?
