SampleTank downloads keep pausing automatically

Hi, I'm downloading SampleTank 4 MAX since sunday evening. It would have been finished by now if the downloads wouldn't automatically pause themselves every once in a while (both while I'm sleeping and while I'm actively on the pc). Please fix your downloader. I've wasted 2 days of electricity like this and need to finish a new song till the end of the month.

It may have something to do with my VPN. But how about giving the Product Manager an automatic resume function?

dont know what is a vnp, but had same problem, luckily I am done. Sampletank standard was great, but max is an absolute monster, best library ever. I had already bought Kontakt and it's gathering dust.
