Also, as far as trust goes our EULA never changed so there was no need for a support rep to disclose private information before it was put in place (and no they likely did not know due to the lack of impact the change has as well as it still exceeding the license terms) as it would not affect your experience in any way. Your license is to install on a maximum of 3 devices per the EULA and only one is to be used at a time. That is still the case, and with the IK Product Manager's unauthorization functionality having access to 5 authorizations should not be an issue and is still two more than the EULA states.
