Piano Software like Hammond B-3x?

Does IK Multimedia sell a piano software like its Hammond B3x?
I like to be able to turn on my computer and the organ is ready to play
without having to load which instrument to play.

Not a stand-a-lone piano, no.

However, there are ones that you can purchase for use with SampleTank 4.

If you are on a PC then you could use a Single plugin VSTi host, set up Sampetank with the piano of choice. Then when you click on the the VSTi host - that piano is read to go.

Not sure about Mac - Hopefully a MAC user can chime in here.
