NewB needing help

Hi

New to this forum and this is probably something silly.
I have SampleTank 4 and Miroslav Philharmonic 2.
Ive had both of them for ages but never actually used them because I had problems installing them.
Anyway, I decided to give it another go
When I try to use Sampletank it doesnt seem to have any libraries available.
Ive checked the instructions and if I read them correctly Im supposed to use Installation manager, click on the sounds tab and download from there.
Unfortunately the only items on that list consist of Miroslav Philharmonic 2CE (which shows as expired downloads)
and Sampletank 4 CS and Sampletank 4 CS
Im really puzzled as to where the 'full' version libraries are, and why the Miroslav one shows as 'expired'?

As long as you have Registered the serial numbers to your User Account, the sounds libraries will be listed. You should also see them in your User Area / My Products under the "Sounds download" tab for the various products.

The downloads for the big sounds libraries expire 180 days after product Registration. You can purchase a single Download Reactivation to make ALL those downloads available for a further 180 days. IK Multimedia recommends that you back them up after downloading to avoid the need to download them again if you need them.

If they are missing, other users may chip in with suggestions.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
