Install SampleTank 3 on Mac OS 13

Seems the installer of SampleTank 3 don't work with Mac OS 13. The installer wants to write files somewhere where it is not allowed to.

But is it possible to manually transfer the files and plugins of SampleTank 3 from an old installation of an old Mac to the new Mac?
