I have downloaded my free IK products. When I use Sample Tank 4 it indicates that there are libraries to download, such as Philharmonik. I've downloaded it and installed it. But, it always remains with the download arrow and I cannot add or use any of the instruments from it. Only the default Synktronic ones.
The manual doesn't explain things well unless I'm missing something. And I haven't yet found a youtube video that shows how to do this. Help appreciated.
nvm.... I hadn't downloaded my Sounds and they had expired. But, that's the likely solution to others who read this.
