SampleTank not able to find those nice saxes

I have been needing to get back to those wonderful sax sounds I have used in the past but can't seem to access them at the moment. I have gone through all the steps getting SampleTank 2, 3, and 4 all installed with their respective sounds. Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am also missing my trumpets as well.

you should be able to filter by brass section. No?

I have Sampletank 4 Max and selected the category “Woodwinds” and searched for “sax”. Many sax patches appeared.

Are you saying they are not present and they should be?

Which iteration of Sampletank 4 do you have?
