I purchased ST4 Max two weeks ago. This past week, I built a new PC. I have the ST4Max library installed on an internet HDD separate from my main drive. I've installed ST4 on my new PC and pointed to the contents folder. However, when I open ST4, all of the libraries except for the ST3 and 4 libraries have the download arrow on them. Upon checking the size of the content folder, it's at around 204 GB. I have tried "Restore Purchases" but that did not help.
I have sent a support ticket but have not heard back yet. Any ideas on how to fix this?
