You are correct, there is no specific discount for licensees of Syn1.
Anyone with a Qualifying Product ("QP") can get Syn 2 at the cross-grade/upgrade price. Conversely, anyone with Syn1 (or another QP) is eligible for several other products at the cross-grade/upgrade price.
