Miroslav Philharmonik 2 Problem

I can save an instrument, a Multi, I can see it afterwards, I can load it.
However, this does not work in the Live interface.
I type in the titles for the Song, the midi PC, I set up the multics with the midi PC, I save, I quit, I ... and nothing after that I start again. I don't see it the way it's in the manual.
In Finder, when I look at the IK folder, there are the Multis, Instruments folders, which also contain the things I saved. In a Sets folder is there that I saved in the Live interface, but the software "can't see (?)" And I can't load them at all.
What could be the problem?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem. And it sounds more like an Ableton Live problem to me, rather than MP2.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is Search the FAQs first, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a red button link to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances and may lead others down the wrong track.

I also tried the Standalone software, same thing. I've already looked at the FAQ, but I'll check it again ... and then I use the "red button" link.
